    Hi! I’m Maria do Carmo Oliveira Cordeiro, but everyone calls me Madu.
    I’ve been a personal trainer for over 34 years, and my passion is helping people feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with their bodies.

    I combine Pilates, fascia-focused movement, myofascial release, and personalized training to support natural alignment, posture, and overall well-being. I offer both in-person sessions in Boynton Beach, FL and online classes, so you can train from anywhere.

      Madu was an incredible lifesaver during the challenging times of the COVID lockdown. Since we couldn’t go to the gym or do our usual activities, I was living in Seattle, and Madu, who was in Florida, made a huge effort to accommodate me in her routine. She would often change her schedule late at night to help me out. I used to have chronic migraines, and she was even able to help me with that (instead cancelling the class). I truly appreciate all the online private lessons she gave me. She’s an amazing and very skilled professional! I highly recommend her!

      She’s punctual and attentive, always kept an eye on my posture and form during the exercises making sure I didn’t hurt myself! I absolutely recommend her, she did an amazing job with me and I’m sure she would do the same with others!
